Axis has completed a conversion project with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. 16 garages backing onto maisonette flats were converted into 8 living rooms that form part of the properties.

RD Demelza Cheque Thumb

Axis Donates £75k to Demelza

Capital Radio’s Dave Berry accepted a cheque for £75,000 from Peter Varney, Chairman of the Axis Foundation, on behalf of Demelza Hospice of which he is Vice President. The charity, that operates in East Sussex, Kent and South East London, cares for children with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses and aims to ‘add life to days, where days cannot be added to life’.

Axis & Swan Team Up to Deliver Savings

Axis has partnered with Swan Housing Association and CoControl to pilot a new energy-saving device known as CoControl. This is a device that “learns” the comfort and behavioural patterns of a household, helping residents control their heating more easily and efficiently, saving money on bills in the long term.

Woodstock External Decorations

We’ve completed internal and external decoration to 30 flats in a Grade II listed building that was built in 1914. All paints and materials were carefully chosen to protect and preserve the building’s original features which included careful preparation and redecoration of the original bell cupola over the entrance way arch.
