We’re looking for an able and expert administrator to join us for a maternity cover contract.
You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, your colleagues, and our residents. You’ll therefore have interpersonal skills that are second-to-none, the ability to get to the bottom of an issue, and you will be willing to support others to find the right solution in a way that works.
We would really like for you to have had some experience in a call centre environment, and ideally a decent understanding of the maintenance industry. And we’d like for you to be able to learn new skills pretty quickly, pick up new projects, and implement efficient and creative solutions to common concerns raised by your customers.
You will be working in a friendly and focused team, who all have the needs of our customers at the heart of what they do, and they deliver some of the best outcomes possible. They celebrate their achievements, and you will be able to do that too.
