We’re looking for experienced customer service professionals who have some knowledge of a call centre environment who are looking to take that next step in their career to help us build our service and grow our business.
You’ll have experience in a high volume call centre environment, you’ll be used to the pressure and the challenges of that role, but you’ll be able and willing to thrive in an environment where we’ll support you in your ambition.
If you have a “right first time, every time” attitude, an open and clear communication style, and the ability to build rapport with your customers, then we want to hear from you.
You’ll need to be able to show us:
- An ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A great phone manner
- The ability to work to tight deadlines under some pressure
- The ability to work with your team to deliver the right outcomes for your customer
And we’d love for you to be:
- Experienced in a high volume call centre
- Able to deal with basic maintenance questions
- An ambitious and positive personality who can improve processes
