We’re recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our dedicated team and help us make a difference to our clients, colleagues and, most importantly, subcontractors.
This is a great opportunity for you to continue growing your career in finance within the maintenance industry, and we’ll give you the support and team around you that you need in order that you might develop your skills and knowledge, leaving you ready to take that next step when we’ve got the opportunity for you.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all our subcontractors are paid on time, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll check, input, and manage the invoice process, and you’ll be analysing the purchase ledger accounts to make sure we’re doing things in the right way.
We need you to have:
- Extensive experience in a finance team
- The ability to learn and grow in our industry
- Superb Excel skills; from Vlookups and Pivot tables to SUMIF formulae and data validations
- Knowledge and experience of CIS invoices

- A methodical and logical approach to work
- Someone who’s great in a team
