We’re looking for an exceptional Out of hours Administrator to replace a promoted team member in Stratford London, where you will work as part of a team in a call centre environment assisting the operational team to deliver a quality service to all of our clients, colleagues, and residents.
You’ll be IT literate, you’ll understand the maintenance industry, and you’ll be able to deal confidently and sensitively with your customers and colleagues around you. As part of this team, you’ll be on the phone a lot, so we need you to have a great telephone manner and an optimistic and engaging service style.
We’ll give you the support, training, and development in order to continue to grow your career in the maintenance industry, and we’ll make sure you’re surrounded by some of the best in the industry to help you learn and grow.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and can commit to a full time role out of normal working hours including Monday – Friday 17:00 – 00:00 plus weekends and bank holidays as and when required.
