Do you care about the quality of work, service, and procedure? Are you passionate about delivering training and improving the customer experience? Can you deliver outstanding outcomes while managing data and process quality? If yes, then we’ve got the right role for you.

We’re currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join a busy office where the customer experience is our first priority, and we need you to help us improve our standards even further. This is an exciting and varied role where you will see the impact you have on our practice on a day to day basis. You’ll visit our sites, manage our compliance, and make sure we’re doing the right things in the right way.

We’d like you to work with your colleagues to ensure our ISO standards are maintained, we need you to monitor GDPR compliance, and we’d like you to collaborate to improve the way we do business.

To be able to do this, you’ll need to have:

  • QMS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor qualification
  • Experience of designing and delivering improvements to the customer experience
  • A strong regulatory background
  • Experience of both internal and external audit

And we’d love to see:

  • Significant knowledge of the UK maintenance industry
  • An understanding of social housing
  • Great report writing and analytical abilities
  • A common sense approach to complaint investigation and resolution
