We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Scheduler to join the dynamic, diverse, and modern community in our Croydon office. This critical role has been opened due to an expanding portfolio of work, and you will support our maintenance teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our customers, our clients, and your colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Taking care of queries from residents, changing appointments
- Receiving phone calls from operatives on site
- Being the key person communicating between the resident and maintenance worker
- Deploying emergencies
And ideally you will have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer service focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A willingness to really commit to deal with a difficult situation
- Ability to prioritise issues
And if you’ve used ROCC/Opti-time/DRS before, then that would be phenomenal. If it’s been in a repairs and maintenance environment, then that’s even better.
