Axis Sponsor Local Sporting Event

Posted on

Axis has sponsored the 12th annual Warden Olympics that took place across August 10th and August 11th in New Addington and Waddon. The annual event is an opportunity to promote a healthy community spirit as well as promoting an active lifestyle among the young people who took part in the fun activities.

There were a number of events this year including: rounders, 100m race, penalty football shoot-out, basketball shoot-out and a challenging obstacle course. All the participants received a certificate that was presented by the Mayor of Croydon, Councillor Patricia Hay-Justice, with special awards being handed out to outstanding participants in different categories.

Axis values community and we were thrilled to sponsor an event that brought the children of Croydon together and an event that advocates a healthy and active lifestyle.
