We are proud to continue working on another contract with Estuary, who have previously recognised Axis for high performance.

Our new contract with Estuary covers R&M, Voids, Out of Hours and Gas and is for 5 years (+ 5 to 15 years maximum) based on performance. Although the start of this contract was delayed by COVID-19, we kicked off to a great start in April 2021.

Previous contract with Estuary

Our £1.2M per annum contract will span over 21 months conducting responsive repairs, voids, planned and assisting in FRA works. A call centre assists the management of repairs from where operators can advise and diagnose to provide the best resolutions.

Estuary Housing Association is an existing client for whom we have been carrying out gas servicing -which still remains 100% compliant -on their behalf since 2013.

Newly appointed divisional manager Eamon O’Donnell assisted in the mobilisation of the contract in June 2017 with a portion of the staff TUPE’D over from previous contracts. The works began late June 2017 and will be carried out on approx. 4000 properties, from Dagenham to South End, Clacton and parts of Ipswich.

I am very proud of Axis’ ability to deliver consistently excellent work which gains us new and extended contracts from existing clients – as well as securing is business in new avenues from new clients – Tim Hayes Managing Director, Maintenance Housing
