Axis has been awarded three lots on a three year, £1.7million per annum contract with Family Mosaic, with the option to extend by a further year. The contract is comprised of both responsive repairs and minor/improvement works.
The £1.7million per annum contract will cover over 5,500 properties spread over Essex, Lewisham and the South East and supports Family Mosaic’s focus of delivering safety and satisfaction to their customers.
Axis will be responsible for providing responsive repairs, minor works and improvement works. The expansive scope of works include bathroom/kitchen and toilet refurbishments, internal improvements, communal area repair and replacement works.
The responsive repair service will deliver an anticipated 10,000 property repairs per year. Axis will also provide emergency out of hours service to the residents which will be available 24/7 to ensure continuous customer wellbeing and satisfaction.
Improvement works will also be made to property drainage and exteriors. Axis aims to maximise the number of repairs completed to the customers’ expectations in one visit. This will result in safer shared facilities and refurbishment of the customers’ living spaces to ensure they meet the decent homes standard.
