Axis has won a six-year Cyclical Decorations contract with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), covering over 2,000 properties in the South of England.
The contract is valued at £350,000pa and runs for six years with the option to extend for another six.
The Works commenced in June 2019.
Throughout the contract Axis will be undertaking both Reactive and Cyclical works to MTVH properties including dwellings, offices, communal areas and hospitals in London, Surrey, Aylesbury, West Sussex and Oxford.
The Scope of Planned works includes cyclical decorations and flooring works to both keyworker accommodation and the University of Surrey’s student accommodation as well as associated repairs and external works.
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing was formed through the partnership of Thames Valley Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Trust in October 2018. MTVH owns, manages or administers over 57,000 homes over a wide area of southern England including in London, the South East, East Midlands and the East of England. Working with eight NHS Trusts and the University of Surrey, they also built and now manage 2,100 key worker and student homes.
Axis has already built a successful relationship with MTVH having collaborated with them since 2014. Axis co-locates with their client at their head office Twickenham and shares values of investing in the community in which they both work.
