The contract is due to start in January 2017 and includes a range of property types from the Council’s circa 8,000 stock. This includes traditional and non-traditionally constructed terrace properties and low and medium rise blocks of flats.

As with all Decent Homes work, the aim will be to ensure that the standard of living conditions are raised for residents. This partnership will see Axis working closely with the Council’s welfare officers to identify the needs of vulnerable occupants and providing aids and adaption that suit.
