Swan and Axis: Ten year anniversary

The 10-year partnership between Swan and Axis has become a byword for successful collaboration in our industry; it has brought many benefits to both organisations as well as to Swan’s residents.

Together we have worked on: 11,000 homes and completed 250,000 repairs achieving 99.51% repair appointments made and kept; 95% resident satisfaction and £3m + Savings.

Axis and Swan in partnership are on the UK Housing Awards shortlist 2019 for Contractor of the Year.

External repairs programme included washing down, painting and replacing windows whilst internally we replaced doors, upgraded stairwells and walkways as well as upgrading communal areas including to provide a new Community Area for residents

External Repairs team deployed Softwash method to external elevations, also staining timber and painting metal balconies. Internally we painted front doors to individual flats and service cupboards plus skirting, stair balustrades, handrails and window cills.
