Axis successfully completed an extensive exterior window and façade refurbishment programme on three buildings – Pilcher, Darwin and Oliver – at Regents University, London during the summer of 2017. Works here included the exterior repair and decoration of Crittall windows, as well as of doors and decorative timberwork. Other works included lead work and brick and roof repairs. Plants were removed to facilitate cleaning. Repainting and repointing throughout matched existing colours in the Crown Estate’s approved stipulations. The campus was occupied throughout the refurbishment during the summer vacation and works had to be completed by the beginning of the autumn term.
