Situated just off Chancery Lane, London, this 18th Century Grade 1 building underwent; refurbishment, re-modelling and fit-out.
11 Stone Buildings belongs to the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and is home to a leader set of commercial and chancery barristers.
Completed in May 2017 the scope of works included a Category B fit-out, refit of offices, conference rooms, toilets and kitchenettes. Internal layout adaptations were made due to the relocation of WC facilities. A modern cafe fit-out was installed in the basement of the building, alongside a new lift. The roof was also stripped and replaced with Welsh slate. Their original sorting room was reinstated, shown in image 2.
