Axis has provided a Full Asset Management solution to Swan Housing’s 8,000 properties since 2009, by delivering their responsive repairs, planned maintenance, voids and compliance requirements throughout Essex and London.
The 14-year partnership has gone beyond its TPC2005 agreement’s proposals, developing innovative and mutually beneficial delivery methods that have improved major aspects of the contract’s management ranging from programming to pricing and inspection to direct transfer of data. This has lead to more efficiency, significant cost savings and performance enhancements.
Resident satisfaction has risen from 73% to 97% with defect free delivery rising from 75% to 96%. Void turnaround has almost halved since the contract started.
