This 14 year contract covers reactive repairs, planned maintenance and void refurbishments, on 7,000 homes based in Thamesmead and other areas of South East London. The works incorporate the planned refurbishment of whole housing blocks and towers, with 425 of the homes occupied by leaseholders.
A fully managed service is provided for Gallions residents by Axis through our 24/7 365 days a year Stratford based call centre.
An open communication network approach has been developed throughout this contract, with Axis and Peabody- Gallions people having easy access to one another’s office with an encouraged a drop –in approach. The reactive team have now co-located with the client in Thamesmead, further maximising the communication.
