A complete refurbishment and conversion programme saw these period properties fully restored with bay windows and decorative moldings reinstated and modern kitchens added to the rear in new extensions. The houses, which were derelict and damaged before restoration, have now been allocated to families in this newly-designated conservation area in Margate.
