Royal Borough of Kingston Conversions

This 24 week project turned unused and derelict buildings and storerooms (within blocks of flats) into brand new habitable flats and studio flats. The properties underwent full strip out and redesign followed by full internal refurbishments. One of the properties shown underwent a loft and a ground floor extension, completed with DDA adaptations, landscaping and fencing works. This created a ground floor disabled flat with rear extension and a split level maisonette.

The project was part of the Royal Borough of Kingston’s Hidden Homes initiative, by which they are aiming to redevelop unused spaces to create more homes within the borough.
